Marketing Account Coordinator

We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Account Coordinator that is responsible for, but is not limited to, social media strategy and implementation, media tracking, list building, research, copy proofing/editing, and general office and client support.

A successful account coordinator shows proficiency in completing the following activities:

  • Plan, create, and execute monthly social media content calendars for various clients
  • Carry out daily social media responsibilities such as, creating stories, responding to ad comments, direct messages and more
  • Create engagement strategies to reach the KPIs set for each client
  • Strategize and create blog content strategy/calendars
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Train, manage, and supervise interns
  • Provide support to account executives
  • Assist in preparing client presentations
  • Proactively contribute ideas to projects
  • Work with project/team lead to effectively complete scope of work so that it is top quality
  • Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise
  • Craft client memos that, with minimal edits by account lead, can be forwarded to client
  • Develop databases
  • Consistently meet project deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 12 months full-time office experience, internship or other relevant experience. Other qualifications include:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and work independently or as a team
  • Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
