ISU Dining decided to replace a chain sandwich joint with something exciting and fresh. Literally. We gave the place a New York deli feel with a national brand essence.
Named after Lancelot and Elaine, two swans that resided at Lake LaVerne on campus years ago, the shop now exudes a hip, cool attitude that students and visitors love.
