For more than 60 years, New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS) has helped students build life-changing careers in the transportation industry. Under the leadership of Samantha Greenberg, President, NETTTS partnered with Celsius Marketing & Interactive to strengthen its brand identity and create a more engaging, inspiring student experience across its four campuses throughout New England.
While NETTTS had built a respected reputation for training commercial drivers and HVAC-R professionals, its physical environments and brand communications lacked the consistency and energy needed to fully reflect the institution’s mission, values, and impact.
The challenge was not simply updating signage or creating new graphics. NETTTS wanted to create a cohesive brand experience that would inspire students from the moment they arrived on campus, reinforce the institution’s purpose, and communicate the transformational opportunities available through career training.

From clever flagpole banners to bold wayfinding, signage, and training-inspired graphics, we packed every corner with confidence and momentum. But it wasn’t just about being clever. Every visual element was strategic, motivating students, reinforcing professionalism, and echoing NETTTS’s commitment to turning second chances into real careers. The result? A training space that feels less like a yard and more like a launchpad.
Celsius began the engagement with its proprietary Spotted Zebra Marketing & Branding Workshop, an immersive discovery process designed to uncover what makes an institution distinctive and how that differentiation can be translated into a stronger brand experience.
Through collaborative workshops, stakeholder discussions, competitive analysis, audience research, and enrollment marketing evaluations, the team explored every aspect of the NETTTS brand.

This insight became the foundation for a new brand platform built around the organization’s purpose:

From this foundation, Celsius developed a comprehensive Brand Platform Guide that established brand purpose, brand promise, brand story, messaging architecture, voice and tone guidelines, visual identity standards, and environmental branding direction.
At the heart of the platform was the NETTTS brand promise:
“Helping to steer your life in a new direction.”
With the brand foundation established, Celsius translated the strategy into a comprehensive environmental branding system implemented across all four NETTTS campuses throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
Every visual element was intentionally designed to reinforce confidence, professionalism, opportunity, and forward momentum.
Rather than treating branding as decoration, Celsius approached the campuses as immersive brand environments.
From training yards and classrooms to hallways and gathering spaces, every touchpoint was designed to remind students why they enrolled, where they were headed, and what was possible through their education.
Training-inspired graphics, career-focused messaging, and bold environmental elements transformed the campuses into spaces that felt energetic, purposeful, and aligned with the realities of the transportation industry.
The result was a student experience that felt less like a traditional training facility and more like a launchpad for a new future.
